Our Revised Pick-ups and Drop-offs Policy

As of the 1st of January, 2020, we have revised our Pick-ups and Drop-offs policy in regards to pick-up destinations that were not clients’ home or workplace. In the past, we charged as follows for this service: Free area: ¥500, ¥500 Area: ¥1000, ¥1000 Area: ¥2000. We will now be charging as follows: Free area: free, ¥500 Area: ¥500, ¥1000 Area: ¥1000. An Azabu Pet Staff member will contact you once we have arrived at the requested destination. However, in the past we have been a lot of instances of being unable to meet up with clients properly, we will wait 5 minutes for free and then we will add charges as follows: from 5 minutes to 10 minutes wait time: ¥500, from 10 to 15 minutes wait time: ¥1000. *Please be aware that we are unable to wait longer than 15 minutes.
