Announcement Regarding Service Expansion and Pricing Revisions

Thank you for your continued patronage of “Azabu PET” (hotel service, pet sitting service, and nighttime emergency animal hospital).
We are pleased to inform you that, effective October 1, 2024, we will be expanding our services and revising our pricing to better meet your needs.

【Service Expansion】
1. Expansion of Free Shuttle Area
We are pleased to announce the expansion of the free area for our popular “Shuttle Service” as follows:
o Yoyogi Park Branch: The previously charged areas of “Honmachi,” “Hatagaya,” and “Sasazuka” will now be included in the free area.
Some facilities in the previously charged area (Shinjuku Ward, Shinjuku) will also be included in the free area.

o Azabu Branch: The previously partially charged area of “Minami-Aoyama” will now be included in the free area.

2. Review of Pet Sitter Travel Service Fees
We will be revising the fees for our pet sitters’ travel services to your home as follows:

o For travel within 30 minutes one-way: ¥880 (reduced by ¥220)
o For travel between 30 to 60 minutes one-way: ¥1,760 (reduced by ¥440)
o For travel between 60 to 90 minutes one-way: ¥1,760 (reduced by¥1,540)
※ The travel time is calculated based on the time it takes to reach your home using public transportation, starting from either “Sangubashi Station” (nearest to the Yoyogi Park branch) or “Azabu-Juban Station”(nearest to the Azabu branch).

3. Review of Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee of 20% for cancellations made 8 to 14 days (from 6:00 p.m. on the 15th day) prior to the service during peak seasons will be abolished.
(Please note that cancellation fees for cancellations made 7 to 2 days before, the day before, and on the day of the service remain unchanged.)

4. Introduction of Special Discounts for SEIBU Credit Card Users
(Planned for This Year)
We will introduce a special discount service for customers using SEIBU credit cards. (Details regarding the implementation schedule and other specifics will be announced as they become available.)

At Azabu PET, under our company philosophy of “Creating a daily life where dogs, cats, and people can all be happy,” we have made it our mission to provide high-quality services by qualified professionals.
However, due to rising costs of goods and labor, it has become increasingly difficult to absorb these costs through company efforts alone.

Therefore, in order to continue providing new services and recruiting highly skilled personnel for the satisfaction of our valued customers, we regret to inform you that we will be revising certain prices starting from 9:00 a.m. on October 1, 2024.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

【Pricing Revisions】
Hotel Pricing Revisions
o Yoyogi Park Branch: Revisions will be made to the basic accommodation fees, some accommodation option fees, temporary care fees, grooming fees, shampoo fees, and some option fees.
o Azabu Branch: Revisions will be made to some accommodation option fees, some temporary care fees, grooming fees, shampoo fees, and some option fees.

Pet Sitter Pricing Revisions
Revisions will be made to the registration fee, basic fees, extension fees, and some option fees.

Introduction of New Peak Season Period
The previously designated specific periods (e.g., summer vacations) with surcharges will be divided into “High Season Period” and the newly established “Peak Season Period,” each with separate surcharges.
o High Season Period: A 20% surcharge will be applied. (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Break).
o Peak Season Period: A 30% surcharge will be applied. (New Year’s holidays, Golden Week, Obon summer holidays)

【Important Notes】
The new prices will apply to reservations confirmed (with completed payment) from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Reservations confirmed before this time will be charged at the current rates. (However, any additional reservations confirmed after 9:00 a.m. on October 1 will be charged at the new rates.)
