In case more than one dog, we will NOT charge any extra fee as long as one pet sitter can take care of those. But, if it is impossible for a pet sitter to go for a walk at the same time, we will ask you an extra charge.

This is a first time application charge for registration.

Please understand that we have to ask extra transportation fee
depending on your living place according to below price schedule.
We charge you travel expence from Sangubashi Station of Odakyu Line(The nearest station of our head office) to your house, which is calculated by total duration of time using public transportations (subway, train, bus).

Calculation is here;
if it takes less than 30min from Sangubashi Station, it is ¥500 per a trip.
If if takes 30min to 60min, it is ¥1,000, and if it takes 60min to 90min, it is ¥1,500yen.
Cancellation Policy

notice given two days before the reservation = no charge
notice given before 6 pm on the previous day of the reservation = 50% of the estimated amount
notice given after 6 pm on the previous day of the reservation = full of the estimated amount
We have to ask 3,500 yen of initial consultation fee, if customer
wants to have initial meeting again after first registration, due to
some reason like move, etc.
During the high season, (In 2020 April 24 - May 11, July 22 – September 6, September 18 – 23, December 24- January 12,2021) pet sitter service charges will be raised by 20 % excluding business traveling expense.
