They come with built in microphones so that you can also hear your fur-baby.

Our original Security Seal (Industry first)
Azabu Pet’s Pet Sitting original security stickers were developed for those clients who may have been afraid of letting other’s into their homes.
Once taken off, a pattern will appear, so we can ensure that no one can take off and replace the sticker without us knowing.
*This is a standard service included in Our Pet Sitting Service. We will provide one of these stickers each time our Pet Sitting Service is used.
Update Emails (includes photos of our little guests!)
Our sitters will send you update emails along with photos of your furry family, so that you can rest easy knowing they are safe.

Electronic Care Records (Industry first)
Using “Cloud Records”, our staff can update you in realtime about with the latest of anything that happens while looking after our furry guests.
We produce detailed records that would be hard to recreate on paper.
This also makes repeat use of our Sitting service nice and easy for both you, our little guest and our staff.

Pet Sitting Insurance
Of course we look after your home and fur-family with the upmost care, but on the off chance that there was an accident or,
a loss of or damage to property, we are protected with Pet Sitter Insurance from Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance.

All of our staff are qualified animal-handlers and go through our rigorous selection process to ensure we only have the best of the best.
We have an independent self-directed research program that is run in-house.
We also run surprise quality checks on our staff’s care taking to continue to improve and evolve our services.
Other Services We Provide
While we look after your pet at home, we can also provide grooming services (trims and shampooing) including Pick-up and Drop-off services at our stores in Yoyogi Park and Azabu.
As you don’t have to take time out of your day to come into our stores, we have many clients absolutely love this convienient service.
Our Key Protection System
We have a high-security protection system in place for the keys you entrust to us.
All of our client’s key are kept safe in a high-security safe in our management office.
Each time we take a set out, at least two staff members confirm and record the movement in a record book.
We give our clients a “Entrusted Key” document when we receive the keys and
when they are given back, we require identification such as driver’s licences.
For Dogs:
Our basic Pet Sitting service includes Walking Services, food giving and “going toilet”.
While taking our furry guests on their normal walk, we take care of any “business” and once indoor dogs arrive back home, we take measures to ensure that their paws are nice and clean.

For Small Animals
Our basic Pet Sitting service for Small Birds (Parakeets (Budgerigars), Java Swallows, etc), rabbits, hamsters, Guniea Pig, Rats, Flying Squirrels, Hedgehogs, Ferrets and other small animals includes food giving and cleaning out cages.
After discussing it with you, we will look after them as per any requests.

For Fish and Reptiles (etc.)
Our basic Pet Sitting services for Tropical Fish, Goldfish and other fish, Turtles, Lizards, Iguanas, Frogs, and other reptiles, includes cage and tank cleaning.
After discussing it with you beforehand, we will take care of your scaly-family in the way you want.
We have a number of Pet Sitters experienced with reptiles and we can take care of mostly any animal that can be kept as a pet. Feel free to contact us about your pet.

Overnight Sitter
- Concerned about your cat or dog getting lonely at home alone?

Walking Service
We will take your dog on their favorite walking routes.
- My job demands too much of my time, and I can’t always take them on their walk.
- I’m ill or I have urgent business to take care of and I can’t go on their walk.
- Everytime I go on holiday, my neighbour or a relative takes care of them, but the walks are a bit much for them.
- I want to take them on walks twice a day, but it’s just a bit much for me.
So that you can feel secure each time you use us, we have “Pet Sitter’s Insurance”. Each and everyone of our experienced Pet Sitters are qualified animal-handlers that have been through difficult self-directed research.

Regardless of the number of dogs or how big they are, we will take care of them all and the best thing is, our pricing system doesn’t change.

About our Travel Fees
We calculate this travel fee based on how long it takes to get from Odakyu Line’s Sangubashi Station (where the Azabu Pet Head Office is) to your home on public transport.

First time Registration Fee
First-time Registration Fee: ¥3850
We ask that you pay a registration fee for our Pet Sitting service or our Walking Service.
We ask that at the same time, we will also ask for the travel fee to your home (based on the above calculation method).
*If you are to move and then request another consultation meeting, we will ask for another registration fee of ¥3,500. (Separate Travel fees apply)
High season period (busy season)
The 2023 high season period is as follows.
From December 24, 2022 to January 9, 2023
March 25th to April 2nd
April 28th to May 7th
July 22nd to August 20th
September 16th to September 24th
October 7-9
November 3-5
December 23rd to January 8th, 2024
Service usage during the above period will be billed at the high season rate.
Cancellation Fees
Regular Times
The Day Before Cancellation Fee (contacted before 6pm the day before) = 50% of the original estimated price
On the Day Cancellation Fee (after 6pm the day before until the day of your appointment) = the full estimated price
During High Season
8 days to 14 days before your appointment (contacted after 6pm 15 days before your appointment) = 20% of the original estimated price
Two days to 7 days before the appointment (contacted after 6pm 8 days before your appointment) = 50% of the original estimated price
The day before or Day of cancellation (contacted after 6pm two days before your appointment) = the full estimated price

*When money is refunded for any cancellations, please be aware that there is a 5% refund administration fee.

Our staff will then ask about your fur-family, ask about how you normally take care of them and, see how they react to our staff.

3. House key Exchange
Please ask us about what would be the best way to give us you house key.

4. Access to your pet’s electronic care taking records
In the Before Appointment Consulation,
we will ask you about how you would like us to take care of your fur-family. From there, we will create and share with you an electronic care taking record,
which you can set up to access though the Internet.
5. The Day of Your Pet Sitting Appointment
Our staff will come to your home at the specified time and look after your fur-family (with a lot of love!).
