When staying in our hotel is just like home with our experienced staff looking over your fur-family,
you can get on with what you need to do while knowing they are happy and safe.
We have clients who happily bring their fur-family in everyday day so they can make friends rather than just leaving them at home.
A Day in Azabu Pet’s Hotel
After consulting with your fur-family’s staff member, we create a fully customised schedule for your fur-family.
We do our best to recreate their regular routine to reduce stress and let them have the most fun.
1. Health Check 
Our staff will check thoroughly our furry guest to make sure they are happy and healthy!
*All of our staff members are qualified animal-handlers.2. Playtime 
Our doggy guests are free to roam in the free space area and get to know each other.
3. Food and Snacks 
We give the food and snacks that they are used to from home at their regular times.
4. Naptime 
You can choose the cages, the free space room, or personal suite rooms, whichever matches the closest to their regular lifestyle.
5. Walk Time
We go for a walk with them for a total of 30 minutes a day, each morning and night for 15 minutes.
(This is ncluded in the hotel charges)
There are extra charges and booking required in advance if you would like to give them more times to go for short walks, or you would like longer walks.6. Grooming and Shampooing

After getting nicely groomed, it’s time to go home! We can also shampoo upon request!
Our Pick-up and Drop-off Service
This must be booked in advance. It can be booked based on an hourly framework.
Please understand that in the event of bad weather, bad traffic, or any other reason outside of our control, we may not be able to pick-up or drop-off on time.

Things to Bring for your Booking
- Evidence of vaccination for contagious diseases being had within one year (First time only)
- Evidence of vaccination for Rabies being had within one year (First time only)
- A form of ID that we can confirm your current address from (Driver’s Licence etc)
- The food they usually eat
- The lead you use for walks
- Their favourite blankets (with it’s normal smells) etc.
Things to be Aware of
- On Heat during their stay (Breeding Season)
- We will place them in their own separate room from other pets.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. - Please do not forget your pet’s contagious diseases vaccine and rabis vaccine certificates.
- Please bring the food they always eat already separated into one meal portions.
There are extra charges for the food we will give if food cannot be brought from home or is forgotten. - Please bring your pet’s blanket and their favourite toy’s
and anything else that will make them feel safe.
