Aged Pet Care
We offer personalised In-home Aged Pet Care and Aged Pet Home
plans to each of our client’s and their aging fur-families.
Our Aged Pet Care
Our experienced staff will conduct a consultation and create an individualised plan for your fur-family .

Even dogs and cats get older with time.
Much faster than us humans.
In a blink of an eye, they seem to become much more frail than they once were.
When our fur-family gets older, loving owners like us start to think,
“who can I go to for advice?”,
“what should I do?”,
“I’m so worried about them I can’t leave the house…” and this service is who we created this service for.
Like you, we believe in letting our aging furry loved ones having their golden years with both knowledge and “not letting them age alone”.
Our experienced aged pet care staff members will support you and your beloved pet to allow you both the freedom to live together happily until the very end.
Please feel free to contact us about our Aged Pet Care plans.
What Our Clients are Saying:
I could tell that they really thought hard about how to best deal with Tetsu’s situation and not just carry out some general “according to the manual” care plan. The team had such fantastic communication, it also carried it out perfectly.
When Tetsu left us, the staff cried with me. I don’t have the words to thank you all enough.
Ms A (Tetsu’s owner)
A message from Ms A, Tetsu’s owner.
Thank you for the flowers for Tetsu. I placed them in front of his urn straight away.
I lived with Tetsu for 20 years and 6 months. For me, rather than all of my memories of his younger years, the last hard 12 months of his life left much more of an impression on me. Tetsu had been by our sides since we were in our 30’s, and when my husband and I lost our parents, we was an irreplaceable supports for us. Even then, when I started those sleepless nights of caring for him, there were points where, I was so harsh towards him and, honestly, I thought that if I were to just hand him over and it was like I was running away from him.
But, I am filled with nothing but gratitude for all of you at Azabu Pet and for all of your wonderful work. I could tell that they really thought hard about how to best deal with Tetsu’s situation and not just carry out some general “according to the manual” care plan. The team had such fantastic communication, they carried out all of their duties perfectly. I looked forward to my update email each day. I always felt relieved when I saw Tetsu’s relaxed sleeping face. I think that face was all because of all you and the way all of the staff are trained. When Tetsu left us, the staff cried with me. I don’t have the words to thank you all enough.
While I understand in my head that he was a dog, he was also my family, he was my son. I can’t help but worry that the grief I feel will diminish with the passage of time, I will just cry as much as I can now. Last week, he had a seizure after he fell asleep on his right side facing down and from there he just got weaker and weaker. Last weekend, he ate dinner as usual, so the sudden downturn was a huge shock but, the day before he died I came in to see him and I don’t think I’ll never forget how warm he was while I was holding him. Sorry, I’m dragging on, aren’t I?
Tetsu left us in Ms Negishi’s (an Azabu Pet Staff Member) arms. I think that Tetsu, who after a long life of just living with us and not being able to go out very much, had made a lot of fun memories playing with all of the other dogs and getting to know all of the staff members at Azabu Pet. I will come in and see you all again to say this in person but, I felt I needed to express my gratitude as soon as possible.
